We *HIGHLY* recommend spaying & neutering your dogs. Discuss this with your vet to determine the best age and time to do so safely. Spaying/neutering supports a longer, healthier life, and helps prevent serious health issues like reproductive cancers and infections. It also dramatically improves success in daycare and group play, reducing hormone-driven behaviors like roaming, marking, mounting, and conflict/aggression: making social settings safer and more enjoyable for everyone. With that being said, we do accept dogs that have not been spayed or neutered, but caution that they may display more aggression than you have seen in private settings like your home.

Yes! Please call us to schedule a Maximum 4-Hour First Day Assessment for $25. Our trained, tenured staff will slowly introduce your dog to our calm, non-aggressive, well-seasoned dogs one or two at a time to assess their feelings about daycare. Please call us to schedule at 360-866-7290. Please make sure you're ready with your dog's vaccination records before you make your appointment.

We request that you arrive no later than 5:45 to pick up your dog from daycare, as we close at 6pm. If you are going to be late, just give us a call. We can arrange to board your dog (boarding costs apply) or work with you for other arrangements! Just let us know!

Our earliest daycare drop off is 7:00am (we do not open for Daycare until 7:00am), and the latest pickup is 6:00pm (please arrive no later than 5:45 to allow us time to complete the checkout). If you will be late to pick up your pup, just call us to let us know!Daycare is open Monday-Saturday and only closed on major holidays (4th of July, Thanksgiving, and Christmas).

Please don't worry; this is very common! Oftentimes dogs just don't like being in daycare or being in a loud, social environment. Just like humans, dogs can sometimes not like the environment they're in.During your First Day Assessment, we will notate behaviors and watch your dog's body language to determine if they are happy or not. If they seem extremely agitated, aggressive, "humpy," or just plain not liking it, we will tell you. We encourage you to not bring a newly rescued dog to daycare within the first few months of adopting them. If your dog doesn't like daycare or is aggressive and we can't keep them in daycare, we will call you to pick them up immediately. We don't want to make your dog stressed or risk safety of them or other dogs. It's okay; it happens!
