Preparing for a Stay

This will help you prepare for Boarding--whether you've done this a million times before, or this is your dog's first sleepover with Dogwoods!

Checkin!
Come to our reception area (Pink Door under the Awning) and ensure there are no other customers before entering. We can help you with any items in your car (including your dog!).

Come prepared to spend a few minutes in the check-in process. We will ask some questions that you've probably answered already, but to ensure nothing is lost in translation or computer issues, we also complete a quick Check-in Sheet on paper.

Please let us know if your dog has been fed for the day already, and if they have had their morning medications (if they have any).

Let us know the best way to communicate with you (via a text message, email, or phone call), and provide your best phone number. Please also provide an emergency contact just in case!
