Checkin!

Check In!

Any time between 12pm-6pm on the first day

Call us if you will be late or early!

  1. Come to our reception area (Pink Door under the Awning).  Make sure there aren't any other customers before entering.  You can leave your doggo and their suitcases in the car!

  2. Prepare to be asked the same questions you've probably already answered (including if they've been fed for the day, what extra services you want, if they're good with other dogs, etc.).  This might be annoying, but it helps us ensure everything is documented just in case anything happens with the system.

  3. Please let us know the best way to communicate with you during their stay (text, email, phone call).  Provide an accurate phone number, emergency contact, email address, physical address, and vet's information.
